The Executive MBA at EAE is our part-time MBA program, designed to boost your professional development, whether within an existing company or by building your own business. This program is specifically tailored for executives and entrepreneurs with over six years of experience.
The Executive MBA is a twelve-month program with part-time, in-person classes. You can study the EMBA in Madrid or Barcelona, starting in April/May or October. Designed for professionals from all sectors, the program equips participants with updated knowledge across all business areas from a management and leadership perspective.
The EMBA prepares participants to lead high-performance teams with an inspiring vision, developing teamwork, motivation, communication, business ethics, and social responsibility skills.

EAE Madrid has international agreements with several universities and study centers. At the end of the master's program, you have the possibility to take a one-week residential program (at an additional cost) at the institution of your choice. You can choose between institutions such as Pace University, UBI Business School, Babson College, Amsterdam University, etc.
In addition, you can complete your training with a minor of 6 ECTS in subjects such as: Marketing Trends, Business Management, Tech Trends and New Leadership.
